Denetim öncesi peşin, banka hesabı üzerinden ödeme gerçekleştirilir. / Payment is made in advance through the bank account before the audit.

• İş yeri açma ve çalıştırma ruhsatı / Workplace opening and operating license

Belgelendirme Kuruluşu talep etmesi durumunda yukarıda belirtilen dokümanlara ek başka dokümanlarda isteyebilir. / If requested by the Certification Body, it may request other documents in addition to the documents mentioned above.

DİĞER NOTLAR / OTHER NOTES

• Denetimlere ilişkin tüm kriterler ve kılavuzlar sözleşme imzalanması ve ücret ödemesi yapıldığında denetim öncesi size gönderilecektir. Denetim öncesi sorularınıza ücretsiz yanıt verilecektir./ All criteria and guides regarding the audits will be sent to you before the audit when the contract is signed and the fee is paid. Your questions will be answered free of charge before the audit.
• Denetim periyodu yukarıda işaretlenen seçenektir.The audit period is the option marked above.
• Denetimlerde, kriterler ile uygunsuzluk tespit edilmesi durumunda ilgili tesise ihtar verilecek, uygunsuzluğun devamı halinde belge iptaline gidilecektir./ In case of nonconformity is detected in the audits, the relevant facility will be cautioned, and if the nonconformity continues, the document will be canceled.
• Saha denetiminin ardından belgelendirme en geç üç iş günü içerisinde yapılacaktır./ Certification will be done within three business days at the latest after field inspection.

• Denetim sonucu tesislerin girişlerine ve diğer görünür noktalarına yapıştırılacak olan etiketler tesislere adetli ve zimmetli olarak teslim edilecektir. Etiket sayısı yüksek olduğunda maliyeti kadar ücretlendirilecektir./ The labels to be affixed to the entrances and other visible points of the facilities as a result of the inspection will be delivered to the facilities in numbers and with embezzlement. When the number of labels is high, it will be charged as much as its cost.
• Sertifikalandırma tesisin açık olduğu ve denetime tabii olduğu sure boyunca devam edecektir./ Certification will continue as long as the facility is open and subject to inspection.
• Belirtilen tutar aylık denetim ücreti olup 31.12.2020 tarihine kadar geçerlidir./ The amount stated is the monthly audit fee and is valid until 31.12.2020.
• Fiyatlara KDV hariç, Tetkikçi Ulaşım/ Konaklama ücretleri dahildir./ Prices exclude VAT, Auditor Transportation / Accommodation fees.
• Tetkikler Gıda Mühendisi, Gıda Teknikeri, Kimya Mühendisi, Kimyager, Biyolog veya Ziraat Mühendisi tarafından gerçekleştirilecektir./ The Audits will be performed by Food Engineer, Food Technician, Chemical Engineer, Chemist, Biologist or Agricultural Engineer.
• Resort ve Şehir oteli tesislerinde yapılan Gizli Müşteri denetimleri öncesinde tetkikçi tarafından tesiste rezervasyon yapılacak, ilgili fatura tesise iade edilecektir./ Before the Mystery Shopper audits at the resort and city hotel facilities, the auditor will make a reservation at the facility and the relevant invoice will be returned to the facility.
• Restoran, mağaza gibi işyerlerine gizli müşteri denetimi ayrıca yapılacaktır ve ayrıca raporlanacaktır. Gizli Müşteri denetimleri mali teklife dahil olacak ayrı bedel talep edilmeyecektir./ Mystery Shopper audits will be performed separately in workplaces such as restaurants and stores and will be reported separately. Mystery Shopper audits will not be charged separately for inclusion in the financial offer.
• Yukarıda işaretlenmiş denetim periyodu öncesi, planlama aşamasında tetkik bedelinin KAS CERT hesabına yatırılmış olması gerekmektedir./ Before the audit period marked above, the examination fee must be deposited into the KAS CERT account at the planning stage.
